About the role
Run day-to-day operations: dealer network, order fulfilment, delivery and the sales and support teams, as BuildKartX scales across Karnataka and India.
Key responsibilities
- Own order fulfilment end to end: dealer allocation, delivery, quality and payment collection.
- Lead the business development, operations and support teams and set their targets.
- Build processes, SOPs and dashboards for dealers, drivers and customers.
- Plan expansion to new cities and states with the founders.
- Manage budgets, unit economics and key partner relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years in operations, supply chain or B2B marketplace roles, with 3+ years in a senior leadership position.
- Track record of scaling operations at a B2B, logistics or construction materials business.
- Strong with numbers, people and execution.
- Speaks English and Kannada or Hindi.
- MBA or equal experience preferred.
